As the management of GreenX Engineering Inspection Body, we are committed to the principles of the ISO/IEC 17020:2012 International Standard and SANAS, providing our clients with a professional inspection service in line with good business practice.

GreenX Engineering Inspection Body offers Building Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) inspection activities in compliance with recognised standards and processes. Resources necessary to manage and perform these inspection activities shall be provided at all times.

GreenX Engineering Inspection Body aims to provide a comprehensive inspection solution at a competitive price.

We shall remain impartial and independent towards our clients in every aspect of our inspection service. All information obtained or created during the performance of inspection activities, except as required by law, shall be kept confidential.

Top management and personnel are committed to implementing, upholding, and improving our management system to maintain the continuous competency in all our inspection activities.

We shall ensure that all inspection personnel are familiar with the documented system by providing appropriate training and assistance in inspection activities.

We shall conform to the requirements of the Regulator, SANEDI, ISO/IEC 17020:2012 International Standard, Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), and the requirements of the Customer, SANS 1544 and SANAS (F 147, R & TR-docs) as document and adopted in the management system and achieved stated objectives.

Our quality policy is thus directed toward achieving the following objectives:

• Maintain accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020 to ensure the competence, impartiality and consistent operation of the inspection body.
• Ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement of management system.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the management system.
